Treatment of Intransit Metastasis of Malignant Melanoma

Abstract
|
|
|
The therapeutic approach to intransit metastasis of melanoma has been surveyed in 35 patients with clinical history of intransit lesions of melanoma.
Aggressive local management of intransit metastasis is required to control melanoma and improve longevity with a few cures may be expected. All 5-year survivors and all living patients after treatment of intransit lesions of melanoma belong to the aggressive local control group.
Every trial of systemic chemotherapy or systemic immunotherapy aimimg at control of these lesions of intransit metastasis failed.
